These waffles are delicious and easy to create your own version by changing or adding some of the ingredients.

In a mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients (almond flour, tapioca, baking soda, baking powder and salt)
Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl (coconut milk, vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup and the eggs) and whisk to combine.
Add the dry and the wet ingredients together and briefly whisk until combined.
Heat your waffle iron and make sure to use oil to grease the irons.
Add some of the batter and bake the waffles until golden and cooked through. How many this recipe will make depends on your waffle iron. I could make 8 pieces out of the batter.
Serve the waffles with blue berries and grated coconut.
