Greek salad with sprouts

I love a good Greek salad and this simple version is perfect as a quick lunch. I do add some additional sprouts to it in order to make it even healthier.

In terms of dressing I love using a bit of mayonaise on the salad but you can – of course – change that into olive oil if you prefer. Either way, it is super easy and delicious.
